Dominant Legs: “Where We Trip The Light”

Allow me to gush.

The first inkling of Dominant Legs’ Invitation arrived this year in video form for it’s first single, “Hoop Of Love”. The video showcases the duo looking rather smart in their casual summer outing clothes as they travel out to the countryside in a top down convertible, dance on a pier by a lake, cannonball into said lake, swim around for a while, take a few swings with a baseball bat in a field of dirt all while happily singing along to the catchy music at the heart of the video. There’s something that’s so delightful about the sheer cheesiness of everything that occurs on screen that you can’t help but instantly fall for these two people.

“Where We Trip The Light” is pure infectious sugar. It’s candy and romance melted together and massaged into a pop song that will refuse to leave your head for hours.
